Sally Ayala RN-BC CCM
Sally has been in Certified in Case Management 10 years and is certified in Gerontology. Before moving to Florida she was employed by the New York State Dept of Health as a patient advocate. She was also employed by the New York State Dept of Social Services Fraud and Abuse unit. While in New York, she worked part time along with her full time employment for the Visiting Nurse services.
In Florida she was employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Health Care where she gained over 15 years of Utilization Review experience .Currently she is employed by FloridaHospital in the Disease Management program Healthier Florida where she works with the Spanish speaking Medicaid patients. She is an independent contractor conducting Long Term Care Assessments in homes, Alf & SNF facilities. She volunteers at Shepherds Hope clinic and is honored to be a part of Central Florida local CMSA. In addition she is a proud member of the local Florida Gerontological Nurses Association.
