Marty Bassett RN, BSN, MA
Marty has been a Registered Nurse since 1970. She spent 17 years working the 11-7 shift in ICU and then moved into the home health care arena for the remainder of her nursing career, where she has been a Director of Nursing, Home Care Coodinator, Program Director and Administrator/Branch Manager. She is currently the Branch Manager/Director of Nursing for Nursefinders of Central Florida. Marty graduated with a BSN from Mercy College of Detroit and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She has been a member of the Central Florida Chapter of CMSA since 1991, and has served as Membership Chairman, President and Vendor Show Chairman. Marty was Case Manager of the Year in 2005, Volunteer of the Year in 2003 and was a speaker at the CMSA State Conference in 1998. She is also active in the Central Florida Chapters of the Rehabilitation Nurses Association and the Infusion Nurses Society, and has been a volunteer at Shepherd’s Hope for the past nine years
