is past experience includes the Multiple Sclerosis Centers of Florida Foundation (MSCFF) and over 10 years of involvement with this devastating disease. During his tenure as the Marketing Coordinator at HealthSouthSeaPinesRehabilitationHospital in Melbourne, Florida, Victor started BrevardCounty’s first MS Clinic. His other work with MS includes educational seminars, serving as a member of the Central Florida National Multiple Sclerosis Society board, facilitating MS self-help groups and chairperson of the Cocoa Beach MS Walk in BrevardCounty for three consecutive years 2001 – 2003. Victor moved to Orlando, Florida in 1975 and quickly entered the world of medical marketing as he began a thriving medical diagnostic company. After his move to BrevardCounty in 1996, Victor became a member of Case Management Society of America  (CMSA) in 1998 and served on the Programs Committee since 1999. Victor is a board member for the YellowUmbrellaChildAbusePreventionCenter, University of Michigan’s Ruth Lobdell Charitable Foundation and past-president of Brevard Association of Human Services. Serves on Orange County Schools Health Services Committee.
